Due to the personalized and intangible nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or content is delivered, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian laws.
1. No Refund Policy
– All payments for our services are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and work begins, we cannot issue refunds, as the content is custom-created based on your specific requirements.
– This applies to all cases, including dissatisfaction with style, tone, or other subjective preferences, as well as content that has been delivered or used.
2. Revision Policy
– To ensure your satisfaction, we offer up to 3 free revisions within 7 days of content delivery, provided the revisions align with the original specifications provided at the time of order.
– Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges, agreed upon in advance.
3. Cancellation Policy
– Orders may be canceled before work begins, with a full refund issued within 10 business days.
– If work has started, no refunds will be issued due to the resources and time already invested.
4. Quality Assurance
– We strive to deliver high-quality content that meets your specifications. If you believe the content significantly deviates from the agreed requirements (e.g., contains factual errors or does not meet the brief), please contact us within 7 days to request revisions.
– We will review and address your concerns promptly through revisions, but no monetary refunds will be provided.
